After registering you will receive an invoice to the email listed on your registration form. All payments are due by 5 p.m. October 24th, 2024

Fees and Refund Policy

We offer full refunds on conference fees if your delegation pulls out of DawgMUN II by September 20, 2024. Cancellations after this date will not be given a refund. A cancellation notice must be submitted to ugamun.conferences@gmail.com with the subject line “DawgMUN Cancellation”. All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

This policy applies to any changes in delegation size as well. 

This policy does not apply to extenuating circumstances such as delegate removal from the conference due to a Code of Conduct violation or conference shutdown due to COVID-19 exposure, extreme weather, etc. 

Any cancellation requests or changes to delegation size submitted after 9/20/2024 will not receive a full refund.
